anyone else surprised by how much you can do with the free tier of breezy hr? i was just looking for an applicant tracking system and it's got enough features for my small team without even paying. definitely check out their free trial if you're curious about the paid stuff too.

Reliable system for us

We've used Breezy HR for a couple of years now. This last quarter, we upgraded our plan to include more users and really leaned into the Video Interviewing features. It was just as reliable as our previous experiences. The system is consistent, always performs as expected. We started with just the Job Posting Tool and now use pretty much everything, including the Slack Integration. It's why we keep coming back; it simply works without much fuss.

Decent value, some quirks

It's generally a solid platform and the annual billing discount made it a decent value for us. The automated stage actions are a huge time-saver. However, I did find the initial setup for custom EEO/OFCCP Reporting fields a bit clunky, not as intuitive as other parts of the system. Customer service was helpful when I reached out, but it wasn't a quick fix. Delivery of updates and new features seems consistent, which is good. Overall, it gets the job done, but there's room for polish in some of the more advanced reporting features.

I also used the Automated Reference Checking, which saved a lot of time. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about integrating with our existing HRIS, though it took them about an hour to get back to me. Overall, a solid platform for managing recruitment.
